Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Return Window

You have 20 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

 

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In the original packaging (including all tags, inserts, and protective materials)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that are used, damaged, or not returned in their original packaging cannot be accepted.


Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom‑made products

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., opened personal care items)


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wtflamp.com within the applicable return period of 14 days. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with detailed return instructions.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
