Is the levitation safe?

Yes. Our lamps use low-frequency electromagnetic fields well within international safety standards. They are CE-certified and safe for everyday home use. We recommend keeping them away from pacemakers and magnetic storage media, as with any magnet.

How does shipping work and how long does it take?

We process orders within 1–3 business days. Standard international shipping takes 7–14 business days. Express options are available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

What if my lamp arrives damaged?

Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@wtflamp.com. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

How do I set it up?

Place the base on a flat, stable surface. Plug it in. Hold the lamp about 3–4 cm above the centre of the base and slowly release. It will find its levitation point and float. Full instructions are included in the box.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return your lamp for any reason. Items must be in original condition. Contact us at support@wtflamp.com to start a return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All lamps come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover accidental damage or misuse.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Is it noisy?

No. The electromagnet operates silently. You will not hear any hum or buzz during normal use.

Can I leave it on overnight?

Yes, it is designed for continuous use. The LED is low-heat and energy-efficient.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Your Order page to check your delivery status at any time.
